We do not collect addresses, phone numbers, or other sensitive personal details from children without verified parental consent. We do not collect precise geolocation data unless explicitly requested and consented to by a parent/guardian.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Kiddoflix service.
• To ensure that all displayed videos are safe, age-appropriate, and educational.
• To personalize content recommendations and improve user experience.
• To communicate important updates, security notices, and policy changes to parents/guardians.
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

Kiddoflix is built to be child-safe: every video is reviewed and approved by an admin prior to publishing to ensure there is no inappropriate, violent, or harmful content. We follow applicable child-protection laws (for example, COPPA in the United States and similar regulations elsewhere).

Children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country) are not permitted to provide personal information without verified parental consent.

We will never sell or rent your personal data. We may share information only in limited circumstances:

Kiddoflix does not display third-party ads or links to sites that are not vetted for child safety. If any third-party content is provided or linked, it will be subject to our safety and review policies.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed it will be deleted or anonymized.
